  • Receive written confirmation from GEA approving the transfer

Transfer requests are subject to approval and may be denied for any reason. A transfer fee may apply. Unauthorized transfers will result in denied entry to the event.

GEA shall not be liable for failure to perform or delays in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, wildfires, severe weather)

6. Fraudulent or Disputed Charges

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or financial institution:

  • Your registration will be immediately canceled
  • You will be denied entry to the event
  • You may be prohibited from registering for future GEA events
  • GEA reserves the right to pursue collection and legal action

If you believe there is an error with your charge, please contact us at info@agiglobalsummit.org before initiating a dispute.

7. Group Registrations

Group or bulk ticket purchases are subject to the same no-refund policy. Cancellation of individual tickets within a group registration does not entitle you to a partial refund.

  • The same no-refund policy applies

  • Contact us immediately at info@agiglobalsummit.org
  • Provide your registration confirmation number and details of the issue
  • We will investigate and work to resolve legitimate technical errors

However, user errors (e.g., entering incorrect information, purchasing wrong ticket type, duplicate purchases) do not qualify for refunds.

10. Special Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, GEA may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, such as:

  • Serious medical emergencies (documentation required)
  • Death of the registrant or immediate family member (documentation required)
  • Military deployment or emergency service obligations (documentation required)

Such requests must be submitted in writing to info@agiglobalsummit.org with supporting documentation. GEA reserves the right to approve or deny any request at its sole discretion.

Important: Approval of a refund request in special circumstances does not create a precedent or obligation for future requests.

11. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEA's total liability for any refund, if granted, shall be limited to the registration fee paid. GEA shall not be liable for:

  • Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
